PLACEMENT CELL

The job scenario today is facing the onslaught of ground breaking competition from all fields; and employment into good companies and organizations has become a daunting task. So, for the benefit of its students preparing to face the job market, the IDEAL SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING Placement Cell has risen to the occasion and has successfully aided in providing opportunities and employment to its outgoing students.

The Placement Cell of IDEAL SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING creates a platform where students can showcase their talents which different companies seek to explore and utilize. Starting the earlier, we have successfully placed a large section of Diploma Graduates who have appeared for placements. This year especially, the performance has been overwhelming.

Initially the companies are invited to take part in the Recruitment Drive. Those interested respond and thus register with us for the year for recruitment. The students are intimated and a vast number of students register for the interview.

The interview process usually starts with an Exam Test Series where the company gets to know about the in-depth knowledge of the student in his/her respective Branch. Those selected in the Test Series are then forwarded for a Personal Interview which usually comprises of a Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview.

A Number of reputed Companies have visited our campus for the Campus Placement and our students were being placed in huge number in the respective companies with adequate and indepth knowledge of the Core Field and Practical Experiences.

Many students of our college are placed in many reputed companies during the last 11yrs. These also included some of the State and Central MNC’s Companies.
